Escape Lounge Opens Centurion Studio Lounge at Columbus (CMH)

Escape Lounge has opened an American Express Centurion Partner Lounge at Columbus John Glenn International Airport (CMH/KCMH). This 2,800-square-foot lounge officially opened on November 14th in Concourse B and is open from 05:30 to 21:00 daily.

The lounge features chef-curated food and drink options (see website for menu) as well as coffee from Calusa Coffee Roasters. Lounge amenities include super-fast Wi-Fi, print, scan services, charging ports, reading nooks, and work areas, comfortable seating, a VIP area and conference room, showers, children's activities, and 7,000 publications from more than 120 countries via PressReader.

Access to the lounge is free for American Express Platinum and American Express SkyMiles Reserve card members (on a Delta ticket), as well as paid daily access for $40 per person.

This is the first lounge to open in Terminal 3 or 4 and joins only 2 other lounges in the airport operated by Delta Airlines and United Airlines.

Escape Lounges, which is owned by England-based CAVU. CAVU has teamed up with American Express to develop the spaces.

Closing Thoughts

The previous week another Escape Centurion Studio Lounge was opened in Fort Lauderdale International airport. I am excited to see these new lounges being added especially at airports with limited lounge options.
