LOT Polish Airlines Opening Lounge in Chicago (ORD) in 2024
I somehow missed this news when it was posted, but better late than never. LOT Polish Airlines has announced they will be opening a lounge at Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) in late 2024.
This new lounge will be LOT Airlines' first North American business lounge and the first of its type outside of Europe. There will be touches reminiscent of Polish tradition through, among other things, the use of amber throughout the lounge. In the new lounge, passengers will enjoy a modern work and relaxation zone as well as extensive catering. The work zone will be furnished with appropriate laptop tables and charging stations for electronic devices. In the catering zone, passengers will have the opportunity to sit comfortably and enjoy a wide range of food and beverages. The relaxation zone will feature a quiet and darkened area that is separated from the other areas. The lounge will have a view of the airport taxiways and the outside.
I feel truly delighted that we can now break the news of the construction of the LOT Business Lounge at Chicago’s O’Hare Airport. The new, and at the same time first business lounge outside Europe is another milestone in the development of our company. We want the space to symbolise the Polish hospitality which LOT is inextricably associated with. I do believe that it will help us offer a fantastic experience to our guests

The new LOT Polish Airlines Business Lounge in Chicago will cover a total of 6,640 square feet (617 sqm) and will be located in the central part of the terminal.
Closing Thoughts
I will keep my eyes on this as more news gets announced. I have never been to a LOT lounge, but hopefully, I will get a chance to see this lounge when it opens in 2024.
