USO Lounge Opens at Kansas City International Airport (MCI)

Late last month, Kansas City International Airport (MCI) inaugurated its brand-new airport terminal. With the opening of the new terminal, there is also a new USO Lounge that is now open for military members and their families to visit. 

The USO lounge is currently open from 07:00 to 16:00 (7 am to 4 pm) seven days a week. This lounge is located in the (new) terminal building (lower-level) baggage claim, near carousel 5 (outside security).

Active, reserve, and National Guard and their dependents are eligible for the club, which will offer members free snacks, water, coffee, and soda. Like other USO lounges, there is also comfortable seating, TVs, free Wi-Fi, games, and more.

Both the Missouri USO (Facebook) and Kansas USO (Facebook) are active in running this lounge. Like many USO lounges, they rely on donations and volunteers for support, so please help them if you are able.
