From a post from View from the Wing (Crew Rumor: JetBlue Opening Mosaic Clubs In New York And Boston) there are rumors floating around about plans for JetBlue Airlines to open a new lounge called the Mosaic Club. The rumor also says the new lounges will located in New York (JFK) and Boston (BOS) airports.

There are no official details about the opening, but the rumor says the lounge may open sometime in May 2024. The name of the new Mosaic Club is taken from the TrueBlue Mosaic frequent flyer program they operate.

Mint Service

JetBlue offers an amazing "First Class" experience called JetBlue Mint on its trans-Atlantic, trans-continental, and other select services. This class includes semi-private rest pods that lay flat, elevated food and beverage options and much more. The downside is that in the air you get amazing service, but on the ground the upscale product lacks.

The video below show the inside of the JetBlue Mint cabin and amenities.

Closing Thoughts

This would be very exciting news if it turned out to be true. I am actually surprised that JetBlue has not partnered with other lounges in Boston (BOS), New York (JFK), or Los AngelesĀ (LAX) to offer access to Mint customers, so opening a dedicated lounge in these locations makes sense. I could see lounges open in JFK, BOS, LAX, FLL, MCO, and maybe LGA airports. I could also imagine a lounge benefit being offered for their co-branded credit card or maybe even Priority Pass.
