Orlando International (MCO) Airport Terminal and Airline Guide

person standing in an airport terminal with baggage.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is a pretty confusing airport, especially if you are connecting on a different airline. There are three terminals (A, B, and C) for getting checked-in and five concourses represented by blocks of gates. Terminal A and B are located in the same building and it is easy to walk from one side to another. Terminal C is connected to A/B via a Terminal Link train.

Note: to get from one concourse to another you may be required to leave the secure area and go back through security again. For example you can move between 2 and 4 without having clear security, but you are not able to get from concourses 1 to 2 or 3 to 4 without having to exit security and re-clear. You must also clear a separate security to get to Terminal C.

Closing Thoughts

I wish that all of the concourses were connected by train without having to re-clear security in certain situations. One of the other things I like about the MCO airport is the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport Hotel which is located on the 4th level in the East hall. I have stayed at this hotel several times and it is great if you are wanting to stay on property.
